On orders over $100
Complimentary shipping Canada-wide once your order reaches $100 — choose it at checkout. Below that, a flat $15 rate applies.

We ship to every province and territory. All prices are in Canadian dollars, with provincial tax calculated at checkout.
2–8 business days
Orders arrive within two to eight business days Canada-wide. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
Ordering more than one piece? Everything ships together in a single parcel — and pieces bought together count toward the same $100 free-delivery threshold.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, except for an item that arrives faulty, damaged, or is the wrong item. See returns.

The only exception is an item that arrives faulty, damaged, or is not the item you ordered. If that happens, email us at contact@vanityspalace.com with your order number and we will help you.

Sign in and open My Account → Orders to see every order you’ve placed, its status, and its tracking details as soon as it ships.
Your confirmation email carries your order number and tracking link. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder, then email us with the name and address on the order and we’ll look it up.
Size & fit
Accessories are forgiving, but a little guidance helps. Exact measurements and materials are listed on every product page — here’s how each category tends to wear.
Studs sit flush to the lobe and suit everyday wear. Dangles and hoops carry more movement and read as evening pieces. Our earrings are made for pierced ears and fasten with a secure push-back post or hoop clasp.
Our mini bags are built for the essentials — phone, cards, keys and a lip. Chain straps can be worn on the shoulder or doubled to sit under the arm; bamboo and top-handle styles are made to be carried.
Frames are a universal fit. Square and oversized shapes flatter rounder faces; cat-eye shapes lift softer, heart-shaped ones. Every pair is UV-protective.

Payment & security
Checkout is fast and encrypted. Your card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
The price you see is the price you pay — we don’t add surcharges. Taxes and any shipping are shown clearly before you confirm.
Every price on the site is in CAD, with provincial tax calculated at checkout, so there are no conversion surprises.
